Calm and Compassionate Therapy Services

MEET NAYA SCHERE (SHE/HER)

LICENSED INDEPENDENT CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER IN MASSACHUSETTS

I understand how reaching out for support can feel hard—whether you’re beginning therapy for the first time or returning to it after some time away. I believe therapy is a collaborative relationship, and my role is to walk alongside you as you navigate challenges and work toward the changes you want to see within yourself. We’ll move at a pace that feels safe and supportive, with care and intention toward meaningful growth.

I practice from a body-positive, weight-inclusive lens and strive to create a calm, welcoming space where you can feel grounded, supported, and understood—because meaningful change begins with feeling safe. I am committed to providing inclusive, affirming, and culturally responsive care that honors each client’s unique identity and lived experience.

Outside of sessions, I enjoy spending time with my family and my best friend Nova, an energetic Australian Shepherd. I also love exploring creative outlets like ceramics and photography, getting lost in a good book, watching movies, and soaking up the outdoors whenever I can.
